When you complete the leadership assessment or contact us, we collect the information you enter. That is typically your name and email address, along with your answers to the assessment questions and the score they produce.
Our hosting and email platform records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, along with whether you opened or clicked an email we sent you. This is used to operate and troubleshoot the site and to understand which content is useful.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade mailing lists.
We share information only with the service providers that make the site function, and only to the extent they need it. That currently means our website and email platform, GoHighLevel, and our email delivery provider. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email. We may still send you a transactional message, such as replying to something you asked us directly.
The site and its embedded forms use cookies to keep the form working across a session and to remember basic preferences. Most browsers let you refuse cookies or alert you when one is set. Refusing them may stop the assessment form from submitting correctly.
We keep your information for as long as you remain on our list, and afterwards only as long as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR, and we will honor those where they apply.
This site is intended for adults in a professional context. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
